Bourg St Maurice<\/a>Situated at the gateway to the Haute Tarentaise, the town enjoys a privileged location for your vacation in Savoie (73). In winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, snowshoeing... In summer: mountain biking, DH biking, road biking, hiking, paragliding, rafting, hydrospeed, tennis, swimming pool, golf (18 holes at Arc 1800).<\/p>

Our chalet-style apartment is at the foot of the ski area des Arcs<\/a> and close to the Tarentaise's finest ski resorts: Paradiski (450 km of pistes for all levels), La Rosi\u00e8re<\/a>, Sainte-Foy Tarentaise<\/a>, Tignes<\/a> and Val d'Is\u00e8re<\/a>. There is a 7-minute funicular link to Arc 1600. The departure station is 500 m from the apartment.<\/p>

The Cormet de Roseland, the Col du Petit St Bernard and the Col d'Iseran are close by and invite to beautiful bike or motorcycle rides. The direct link with Italy is not negligible.<\/p>

The \u00c9CUREUIL apartment, spacious (105 m\u00b2) and warm, was completely renovated in the summer of 2025. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 3\u1d49 floor of a quiet residence, it benefits from three balcony terraces offering different unobstructed views of the mountains.<\/p>
