Nestled on the 3ᵉ floor of a luxury residence due for delivery in June 2025, this new home combines modern comfort, exceptional location and spectacular views of the surrounding massifs.
Put down the car: it's all on foot! Just a stone's throw from the shopping streets, restaurants, bars and bustle of the town center, the apartment gives you immediate access to the best of Chamonix. In winter and summer alike, you'll be able to reach all the activities, ski lifts and hiking trails with ease. There's also a shuttle bus stop just 100 meters away, making it easy to get around the valley.
With a surface area of 44 m², the YÉTI apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 travelers.

A master bedroom with two single beds (80×200) that can be combined to form a large double bed, with mountain views
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washer/dryer.

A large, bright living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso Classic coffee machine), dining area and lounge with top-of-the-range convertible sofa (sleeps 2) + Marshall Bluetooth speaker.
A 5.2 m² west-facing balcony-terrace with breathtaking views of Le Brévent and optimal afternoon sunshine
